Parece que una nueva versión del Kernel de Linux fue lanzada a finales de la semana pasada. Esta nueva versión es la 5.19.1.

Esta versión parece incluir algunos drivers para ciertos dispositivos WiFi y Bluetooth. Particularmente, hay soporte para el Bluetooth del Infineon’s WiFi 6 CYW55572, una variante del Broadcom BCM4349B1 (Infineon CYW4349B1?), y soporte para el Bluetooth 4.2 RTL8852C de Realtek. Esta versión también arregla una vulnerabilidad que afecta algunos procesadores de Intel.

Instalando la versión 5.19.1 del Kernel de Linux en Ubuntu

Podemos instalar esta nueva versión del Kernel de Linux en nuestro sistema usando la herramienta Ubuntu Mainline Kernel Installer.

1. Abre la herramienta Ubuntu Mainline Kernel Installer y selecciona la versión 5.19.1:
