My Black Friday Music CD Purchases
This year’s Black Friday, I brought a great selection of Audio CDs I’d been looking forward to adding to my collection.

I had already listened to these albums on streaming services, so owning the physical discs was a must. Here’s the full list of what I picked up.
Shakira — Las mujeres ya no lloran
Released in 2024, this CD was a must for me. Shakira had already put out several tracks on streaming services, and this disc feels like a compilation of those songs along with several new ones.
KAROL G — MAÑANA SERÁ BONITO (BICHOTA SEASON)
This 2023 release continues the MAÑANA SERÁ BONITO era and complements the previous album. The music is energetic and uplifting. I also went to her concert with my wife, which makes this CD even more special.
KAROL G — Tropicoqueta
Released recently this year, this album contains a variety of genres and feels like a tribute to different Latin American countries.
Demi Lovato — It’s Not That Deep
Released recently this year, this album delivers powerful music that fits Demi Lovato’s voice and style perfectly. It’s great to see her put out such a strong record.
Sabrina Carpenter — Man’s Best Friend
Also released this year, this CD was another must‑have for my collection. I also have her EVOLution CD, which was her first.
Dua Lipa — Radical Optimism
Released in 2024, Dua Lipa continues to shine with her distinctive voice and style.
Dua Lipa — Live from the Royal Albert Hall
Her live album promoting Radical Optimism. The orquesta sounds great!
Disney Soundtracks
Mufasa: The Lion King
Featuring songs by Lin‑Manuel Miranda, this soundtrack is a must‑have for fans of the movie. My only complaint is that it’s very short and doesn’t include the score or instrumental tracks.
Disney’s Wish
From the 2023 film, this is a catchy and enjoyable soundtrack. It also includes some instrumental tracks at the end, which is a nice bonus.
Final Count
In total, I added 10 Audio CDs to my collection this year. The other one being the Moana 2 soundtrack released in January.
