Hi everyone,

One of my hobbies I’ve been doing for some time since the past year has been to add new artists and releases to the MusicBrainz Catalog.

I’ve realized that some Latin American artists and releases are missing, or that the digital version of some old release are not in the catalog. This is where I step in and add the releases to make the catalog as complete as possible.

One of the benefits of doing this is it allows to easily tag music files using their MusicBrainz Picard software.

Another benefit is if you use the ListenBrainz service, which shows your listening history when you use a compatible scrobbling app, it will link your listens to the corresponding release. More on this on another post.
