Unboxing the Google USB-C to 3.5mm Headset adapter

Hi everyone, Today, I’ll be sharing with you my unboxing video of the Google USB-C to 3.5mm Headset adapter. This is a USB-C adapter that allows you to use headphones, earbuds, IEM’s and headsets with compatible devices like Android phones supporting USB Audio devices or with a PC, in which this dongle is detected as “Headset Adapter”. It features an integrated DAC (Digital-Analog Converter) although it is unknown which DAC it uses. The reason I got this adapter is to…

Unboxing the Hidizs AP80 Digital Audio Player

Unboxing the Hidizs AP80 Digital Audio Player

Hi everyone,

Yesterday, I received the Hidizs AP80 Digital Audio Player from their [kickstarter campaign](https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/873263862/hidizs-ap80-next-generation-ultraportable-hifi-mus). After that, I received a tracking number which is of no use because of course, I already have the unit here and it shows as “Delivered”, so it came as a surprise and was shipped by Amazon since they fullfill US orders from them.

So, here’s my unboxing video that I recorded of this tiny (smaller than I expected) audio player. Enjoy!

Opus GUI v1.4 released!

Opus GUI v1.4 released!

Hi everyone, Today, I’ve released v1.4 of Opus GUI: This version is actually a bug fix that the software had for some time with no reports of it, and it was a silly bug. It didn’t allowed you to specify a bitrate higher than 100kbit/s. Now, with that fixed, you can encode files up to 320kbit/s. Yay! You can download this new release at GitHub here: https://github.com/moisesmcardona/opus_gui/releases/tag/v1.4 Enjoy! Post Views: 2

New opusenc.exe build with a bug fix regarding the output filename

New opusenc.exe build with a bug fix regarding the output filename

Hi everyone, Today, I fixed a bug in my opusenc code regarding the output filename when it is not provided. The issue was that if a file didn’t had an extension, then the output string would be empty, so in reality, the encoded file would not be stored.
