In this post, I’ll show you some pictures of the route from the I-75 to Florida’s Turnpike, in the direction fron Ocala to Orlando.
Let’s begin our journey!
The exit to the Florida’s Turnpike sign
A closer look
On the Florida’s Turnpike
Now, it’s all a straight highway until we begin reaching Orlando’s I-4 signs.
I’m sorry this picture came like this. The phone took some time to take the photo. However, you can clearly see the sign says there’s no reported incidents so the traffic is in perfect conditions
Going to Apopka or Tampa? The exit is just 1 mile ahead
Getting closer to that exit
Now, this is my favorite part of the road.
There’s lot of bridges ahead!
Getting closer to the bridges!
Passing through them
Who doesn’t like bridges?
Time to take a short visit to the restroom at the plaza 😂
Turkey Lake Plaza. Finding a parking
The entrance
Ok, let’s continue the travel.
Continuing on the Florida’s Turnpike
Another sign ahead
Getting closer
To US 192, 17 miles to go
The street is pretty clean and almost without traffic!
Exit 259, to I-4, 1/2 miles to go
And here is where if you look at your right, you’ll see the Volcano from Universal’s Volcano Bay
Do you see the volcano?
Continuing our way
And here’s the sign to take the exit to go to Orlando’s International Airport.
Here, this trip ends, as I was going to a house somewhere around after that exit, so I kept an eye on the GPS.
PLEASE NOTE: I was a passenger all the way. Drive safe and please, if you’re driving, don’t text and drive or take photos and drive.
Hope you enjoyed this photo session of some of the parts of Florida’s Turnpike!
