Somehow, no one had mapped Maracaibo and Coro, along other parts. I am glad to have contributed the following. I’ve entered through the Maicao border, to Maracaibo. Used eSIMS from Qrispy (Digitel) and Airalo (Movistar). I’ve then kept the Qrispy eSIM and a physical Movistar SIM once I arrived in Maracaibo, since it was cheaper than just continuing using the travel eSIMs. Venezuela still operates 3G UMTS/HSPA and 4G LTE. It reports 3 because it uses the MCC code and in the USA, Verizon uses the code 311 while AT&T and T-Mobile uses the code 310. Code 732 is from Colombia. Verizon recently collocated themselves on an existing cell tower near Paddock Mall, in Ocala, Florida. This tower already had T-Mobile, AT&T, and Boost cells. Verizon was not part of this tower but literally have one almost next to it. Verizon made an interesting move in using a Galtronics GP6536-08157 antenna in it, a first on Ocala.
