Hi everyone,

Today as you know it, is Thanksgiving. It is a day to be reunited with the family, thank god for everything we have, and eat, you guessed, turkey!!

Here’s what I ate today. It is a typical plate from Puerto Rico:

It has:

• “Arroz con Gandules”
• Turkey
• Potato Salad
• “Mofongo”
• “Tostones”
