Today, I have released PAQCompress v0.5.17:

This release adds the new compressor version paq8pxd v106. This compressor update provides the following change:

* Change mixer, so that there is minimum limit for update.
* Add more StationaryMap contexts to jpegModel
* Use larger update limit for some mixer context in jpegModel
* Update lstm to v3
